With the benefit of advanced 3D modeling software; hull plate, ship structure and pipe systems become a well defined Bill of Material – So too the finished joinery package. The net result is a well defined ‘NET AVAILABLE ACOUSTIC ENVELOPE” which is the entire ship set of insulation, cabin partitions and floating floors. With this information in place, the entire acoustic package can be pre-manufactured and sub-assembled with extreme accuracy, off-site and in parallel production with the vessel – and in parallel with the interior furniture production.
